- 2 lb. yellow squash, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender.

2Add other ingredients. Reserve 3 to 4 tablespoons of dressing for top.

3Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375°.
