Ingredients

  • 2 lb. squash
  • 1 onion
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. pimento pepper
  • 1 bag Pepperidge Farm herbal dressing

Directions

    Cook squash, onion and carrots until tender.

    Drain and mash. Add other ingredients and half of the dressing.

    Mix other dressing with 1/2 stick margarine.

    Put on top and bake until brown on top.
