Ingredients

  • 2 lb. squash
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Cook squash until tender and then cream them.

    Add all other ingredients and mix well.

    Bake in ungreased casserole dish at 350° for 30 or 40 minutes.
