- 2 lb. squash
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 small onions
- 3 boiled eggs
- 2 packs Ritz crackers
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
Directions

1Cook squash and drain.

2Grate onions and eggs.

3Mix eggs, onions and cream of mushroom soup.

4Mix with squash and set aside. Crumble crackers, melt butter and mix.

5Put one layer of squash mix and one layer of crackers, then bake 45 minutes or until brown.
