Squash Casserole

  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 6 oz. herb-seasoned dressing mix
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 3 sliced squash
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 large carrots
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Melt margarine and toss with dressing mix.

    Mix half of the dressing mixture with squash, soup, sour cream, onion, carrots and pepper.

    Turn mixture into lightly-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; spread evenly.

    Sprinkle remaining dressing mixture over top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
