- 6 medium yellow squash, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
Directions

1Cook squash and onion in small amount of boiling water (10 to 15 minutes); drain.

2Season to taste.

3Combine squash mixture, carrot, sour cream and soup.

4Bake in 2-quart casserole at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

5Top with buttered crumbs for 15 minutes before finishing; brown.

6Serves 8 to 10.
