- 1 lb. squash
- Ritz crackers
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Slice and cook squash in small amount of water.

2Break crackers and place in bottom of greased baking dish.

3Put layer of crackers, squash and soup until dish is full.

4Place small amount of liquid, where squash was cooked, in dish.

5Top with cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
