Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • approximately 2 lb. squash
  • 1 medium carton sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs

Directions

    Boil squash until tender and drain.

    Mix together sour cream and chicken soup.

    Simmer onion in margarine.

    Combine all ingredients and place in casserole.

    Cover with Pepperidge Farm crumbs.

    Cook at 350° until it bubbles.
