  • 1/3 c. chopped onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 c. grated carrots
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1/2 c. butter
