Ingredients

  • 2 lb. yellow squash
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1/2 c. oleo

Directions

    Cook squash and onions 5 minutes.

    Drain well. Add other ingredients and salt to taste.

    Put in casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
