- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 pkg. bread crumbs
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Chop squash.

2Boil squash and onion just until onion becomes clear.

3Drain well.

4Place into baking dish.

5Pour melted margarine over.

6Mix soup with water as directed.

7Put bread crumbs on top of squash mixture and pour soup over.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

9Serves 4 to 6 people.
