Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 lb. squash
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 1 large onion, grated
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. herb seasoned croutons

Directions

    Cut squash and boil in seasoned water until tender.

    Melt oleo in pan and coat croutons.
  3. 3
    Put 1/2 of croutons in baking dish. Mix all other ingredients and put over croutons.

    Sprinkle other croutons on top and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
