  • 2 to 3 lb. squash
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pkg. Equal sweetener (or 2 tsp. sugar)
  • salt to taste
  • Ritz crackers
  • Cheddar cheese, grated small
  • sliced almonds

    slice and boil squash until tender.

    Mix soup, mayonnaise,

    and well beaten eggs together.

    Sprinkle finely crushed Ritz cracker crumbs
