- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
- herb seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Mash cooked squash and add onion, soup, sour cream, salt and pepper.

2Butter casserole dish generously and sprinkle layer of crumb mixture on bottom.

3Add squash mixture and top with crumb mixture and grated cheese.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
