- 1/3 c. Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. light vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 8 chicken drumsticks, sliced at 1/2-inch intervals
Directions

1Combine garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, oil, pepper sauce and paprika in a small bowl and mix well.

2Dip each drumstick in mixture, coating well and arrange in a single layer in a shallow glass dish.

3Pour any extra sauce over the top. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate overnight.

4Let chicken return to room temperature before cooking.
