- 2 cups squash, cooked
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 slices bread
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 slices cheese, grated
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Boil squash in salted water until tender.

2Beat with mixer. Soak bread in milk and mix with squash. Saute onion and bell pepper in oil.

3Beat eggs, add to squash gradually.

4Add sauteed onion and butter and grated cheese.

5Put in casserole dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
