- 2 1/2 c. cooked squash
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 small grated onion
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Drain squash and mix with other vegetables, soup and sour cream.

2Prepare stuffing with margarine.

3Reserve some for topping and line bottom of casserole dish with remaining mixture.

4Add vegetables and top with stuffing.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
