- 2 lb. summer squash
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 2 large white onions
- 8 oz. herb bread stuffing mix
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Cook squash and onions together until soft.

2Drain well and mash.

3Add carrots, soup and sour cream.

4Soften stuffing with butter and add to squash mixture.

5Spread in baking dish.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
