  • 1 1/2 lb. squash, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. cheese, grated

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except 1/2 the cheese.

    Mix and bake at 350° until bubbly.

    Remove; sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top, then brown in oven.
