- 1 1/2 lb. squash (2 cans)
- 1 small jar pimento
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix (herb)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 small carrots, grated
Directions

1Cook squash in salted water.

2Drain and mash.

3Add remainder of ingredients, except half the dressing mix.

4Mix well. Mix remainder dressing mix with 1 stick soft oleo.

5Line baking dish with dressing mixture; reserve small amount to sprinkle on top. Fill dish with squash.

6Cover with reserved dressing mix.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
