- 1 c cream of chicken
- 3/4 c milk
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 2 c cooked summer squash
- 1 1/4 c cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 c cups grated cheddar cheese
Directions

1Combine soup, milk, and beaten eggs.

2Stir until well blended, add squash, 1 c of the cracker crumbs, and 1 c of cheese, stir until blended.

3Pour into a buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

4Mix together the remaining cheese and cracker crumbs.

5Sprinkle over top.

6Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

7Serve 8.
