Squash Casserole

  • 1 pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
  • 2 lb. cooked, cooled squash
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream (8 oz.)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Melt margarine and mix well with dressing.

    Save 1/4 of the dressing and set aside.

    Mix all ingredients with the squash. Pour into a greased casserole dish.

    Top with remaining dressing. Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes.
