Squash Casserole

  • 2 c. cooked squash
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 egg
  • 8 oz. carton sour cream
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 stick melted butter or margarine
  • 1 pkg. seasoned Pepperidge Farm dressing mix

Directions

    Mix squash, sour cream, onion, soup and egg.

    Melt butter and mix with dressing.
  3. 3
    Mix 1/2 of dressing mixture with first mixture and place in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Add strips of cheese on top of mixture.

    Add remaining dressing on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
