- 2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. carrots, shredded
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Combine soup and sour cream, stir in carrots.

2Fold in squash and onions.

3Combine stuffing mix and butter.

4Spread half of stuffing mix on bottom of 8 x 12 baking dish.

5Spoon vegetable mixture on top.

6Sprinkle remaining stuffing over vegetables.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
