- 2 c. cooked squash, drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned crumbs
- butter or margarine
Directions

1Mash squash; add sour cream, chicken soup, carrot, onion, salt and pepper.

2Sprinkle a layer of crumbs in a shallow greased casserole dish (12 x 7-inch).

3Spoon squash mixture over crumbs. Cover squash mixture with additional crumbs on top and then dot with butter.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
