- 1 lb. yellow squash
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 medium size onion
- 8 Ritz crackers
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Boil squash and onion in salted water until tender; drain.

2Add grated cheese and butter.

3Add beaten egg and milk.

4Add crushed crackers.

5Pour in 8 x 8-inch pan.

6Top with grated Cheddar cheese and crushed Ritz crackers.

7Bake at 350° until brown.
