- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- dash of hot sauce
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
