  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 lb. yellow squash
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 c. sharp cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • dash of hot sauce
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
