- 2 lb. sliced squash (6 c.)
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded carrot
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. butter or oleo
Directions

1Cook squash and onion and drain.

2Combine squash, onion, soup, sour cream and carrot.

3Combine separately the herb stuffing mix and butter/oleo.

4Spread 1/2 of the herb stuffing mixture in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.

5Spoon vegetable mixture over herb stuffing mixture.

6Top with remaining herb mix.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
