  • 2 lb. cooked, drained yellow squash
  • 1 c. sour cream (1/2 pt.)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn bread stuffing mix
  • 1 can chicken broth

Directions

    Put 1/2 of bread mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Spread squash mixture over.

    Top with remaining bread mix.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
