- 2 c. mashed, cooked squash
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions

1Mix squash with 2 tablespoons each of melted butter and brown sugar.

2Add mustard and egg.

3Season with salt and pepper.

4Pour into baking dish.

5Mix corn flakes, remaining butter and brown sugar.

6Sprinkle over top of squash.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
