- 2 lb. squash
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender and drain.

2Melt margarine and mix with stuffing.

3Place half of stuffing in bottom of long casserole dish.

4Reserve remaining half.

5Mix carrots, soup and sour cream with squash and onion.

6Put on top of stuffing mix. Now, spread the rest of the stuffing mix on top.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
