Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. squash
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of Accent

Directions

    Cook squash and onion together until tender.

    Drain and mash well.
  3. 3
    Add cheese and other ingredients.

    Pour into casserole, and top with buttered bread crumbs.

    (I use Italian style bread crumbs.)

    Cook at 350° for 45 minutes.
