Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. squash
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 large onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of Accent
Directions

1Cook squash and onion together until tender.

2Drain and mash well.

3Add cheese and other ingredients.

4Pour into casserole, and top with buttered bread crumbs.

5(I use Italian style bread crumbs.)

6Cook at 350° for 45 minutes.
