- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
- 1 stick melted butter
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion, grated or chopped finely
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Cook squash until tender and drain.

3Add salt and pepper.

4Mix sour cream, soup and onion.

5Pour melted butter on dressing.

6Mix well.

7Alternate layers of squash, soup and dressing in casserole dish.

8Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Can freeze ahead.
