- 1 lb. or 5 to 6 medium squash
- 1 small onion
- 3 tsp. margarine
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender. Drain off water.

2Mash. Add margarine and 1/2 cup cheese. Stir until melted.

3Add milk, crackers and eggs.

4Season to taste.

5Bake in a 350° oven until slightly brown around edges of a buttered casserole dish.
