- 6 c. raw squash
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing
- 1 can chicken soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. grated carrots
Directions

1Cook squash and onion in salt water until tender.

2Mix margarine with stuffing.

3Put half on bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Drain squash.

5Add soup, sour cream and carrots. Put on top of stuffing in dish.

6Put remaining stuffing mix on top.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

8Put cheese on top, if you like.
