- 2 lb. or 6 c. squash, sliced
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. sliced or shredded carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) bag herb stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Directions

1Cook carrots and onions first, then add squash for final 5 minutes.

2Combine soup and sour cream.

3In a separate dish, combine butter and stuffing mix.

4Take 1/2 squash mixture and put in bottom of casserole, then add 1/2 stuffing mixture.

5Alternate layers.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes in 13 x 9-inch pan.
