  • 6 medium yellow squash, sliced thin
  • 1 pkg. (about 40) saltine crackers, crumbled
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Divide ingredients in half.

    Using a 9 x 12-inch glass baking dish, layer each ingredient starting with squash ending with soup. Then repeat layering process.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
