- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup

2Using a 9 x 12-inch glass baking dish, layer each ingredient starting with squash ending with soup. Then repeat layering process.
