- 1 lb. squash
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- paprika
- 1/2 tsp. sage
Directions

1Slice squash and cook in boiling, salted water. Drain.

2Mix all other ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and paprika.

3Blend well with squash.

4Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° until cheese melts and casserole is piping hot.

5Serves 6 to 8.
