  • 4 c. cooked squash, drained
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 pkg. herb dressing

Directions

    Mix squash, carrots and onion. Mix margarine and herb dressing. Place half dressing mix in greased casserole. Add squash mix. Sprinkle remaining herb mix. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 12.
