- 2 c. cooked, mashed squash
- 1 onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small grated carrot
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1/4 stick margarine
Directions

1Boil squash and onion until tender.

2Drain and mash.

3Melt 1/4 stick margarine in casserole and line with bread crumbs.

4Combine all ingredients using more bread crumbs.

5Sprinkle a few bread crumbs on top.

6Put in a hot oven for a short time.

7Very flexible recipe.

8You can use 2 to 4 cups squash to same quantity of other ingredients.

9Freezes well.
