  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
