- 10 yellow squash
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can sliced carrots
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 roll saltine crackers
Directions

1Cook squash until tender.

2Mix squash, onion, soup, 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, mushrooms and sour cream.

3Crumble crackers and add to other ingredients.

4Put remainder of cheese on top.

5Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
