Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. squash
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 grated raw carrot
  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farms herb crumbs (save some for topping)
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Simmer, drain and mash squash.

    Mix ingredients together and put into greased casserole.

    Top with few crumbs.

    Bake at 300° just until brown.
