- 2 1/2 lb. yellow squash
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 eggs
- green pepper strips to taste
- paprika to taste
Directions

1Boil squash until tender; drain and mash.

2Add cheese, salt and onion and mix.

3Stir in eggs and mix.

4Pour in greased casserole dish.

5Dot with margarine, paprika and green pepper. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6May top with 2 cups herb seasoned bread crumbs before adding margarine, paprika and green pepper.
