  • 3 c. herb dressing (Pepperidge Farm)
  • 1 stick oleo, melted*
  • 1 small carton sour cream*
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup*
  • 1 lb. yellow squash
  • 1 small jar chopped pimentos
  • 1 onion, chopped

Directions

    Slice squash crosswise and cook with onion until tender; drain.

    Mix together dressing and melted oleo.

    Put half the dressing in bottom of casserole.

    Save remainder for top.
