Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. squash, cooked and drained well
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 onion, chopped and microwaved until tender
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Stove Top dressing (chicken or turkey)
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    To cooked squash, add carrot, onion, soup and sour cream.

    Mix seasoning packet and bread cubes in dressing together.
  3. 3
    Pour melted margarine over dressing and mix well.
  4. 4
    Add 1/2 of dressing to squash mixture and spoon into buttered casserole.

    Sprinkle remaining dressing over top of casserole.

    Bake, covered, in a 7 x 11-inch casserole at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
