  • 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
  • 1 small can diced green chiles or to taste
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 1/2 c. Longhorn or Jack cheese, grated
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 c. green onions, minced

Directions

    Boil the first 6 ingredients together for 5 minutes.

    Line your soup bowls with crushed tortilla chips, tomatoes, green onions and cheese.

    Pour hot broth over and serve.
