- 1 lb. squash, cut up
- 1 small onion
- cornbread stuffing
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. grated cheese
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Steam cut up squash and diced onion together until tender with salt and pepper.

3Drain.

4In baking pan, put squash and mash.

5Add butter and more salt and pepper, if needed, to taste.

6Add enough stuffing to soak up liquids.

7Add 1 cup cheese and mix with squash.

8Put the rest of the cheese on top as a topper.

9Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350° until cheese is melted.
