Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 2 cans or 3 garden squash
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pkg. Ritz crackers
  • 1 (16 oz.) bag of shredded cheese
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Cook squash, drain, put in large mixing bowl.

    Add cream of mushroom and cream of chicken.

    Add stick of melted margarine and the onion, diced in small pieces; mix well, then add crackers and cheese.

    Mix together, put in casserole dish.

    Sprinkle top with cheese and crackers.

    Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.
