Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. squash
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 raw carrots, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/2 stick butter
- salt to taste
- herb dressing crumbs
Directions

1Cook squash until tender.

2Drain well.

3Mix all ingredients except butter and crumbs.

4Pour mixture into greased casserole. Melt butter and stir crumbs into it.

5Place on top. Cook in oven for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.
